The old and the new come together at the edge of a glistening canal.
If there is one community in Dubai that has undergone a remarkable transformation, it is Al Safa. One of the oldest neighbourhoods of Jumeirah, it is one of the root communities that sparked the development of the district. Today, it is a bustling and vibrant area that sits on either side of the Dubai Water Canal, an extension of the iconic Dubai creek and a project that came to life after the area itself.
Located between Jumeirah and Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Safa is divided into two sub communities, Al Safa 1 and 2, both of which are purely residential. What were once sleepy areas with low rise villas now house affluent residential complexes for rent. The primary properties found in the majority of the area are villas. The area is in close proximity to Al Quoz, Al Wasl and Business Bay, all retail and commercial hubs. It is also not far from social hotspots like Kite Beach and Downtown Dubai.
Those renting properties in Al Safa lead a casual and laid back lifestyle, owing to the vibe of the area and the presence of all the required amenities like supermarkets and healthcare services within the community itself. The area is located close to some of the best schools in the city offering a variety of different curriculums, making it an ideal place for families with children to live in.
Connectivity is not an issue for Al Safa as it has easy access to Sheikh Zayed Road, the central connecting road of the city. Noor Bank and Business Bay metro stations on the Red Line service the area and several buses have established routes through Al Safa 1 and 2, that link them from within and to the metro stations.
Several popular leisure and retail landmarks in the vicinity like Al Safa Park, Oasis Mall and Kite Beach are within easy reach and the great connectivity means that residents can visit other entertainment venues without any hassle.
With fantastic views of the Dubai Canal and the Dubai skyline, Al Safa has the complete lifestyle package.
