As one of the world’s most progressive property markets, Dubai is at the forefront of innovative architecture and stunning interior designs. This first-of-its-kind event will uncover Dubai’s hidden masterpieces and all the intricate details that make remarkable homes.
Following a successful launch event at Cosentino in Dubai’s Design District, nominations are now open for this prestigious design award.
We’re inviting proud homeowners, tenants, interior designers and architects to submit their homes or projects now (homeowner’s permission required).
Dubai’s Top 50 Homes categories
From cutting-edge designs to architectural masterpieces, are judges are on the search for the best kitchens, unique entertainment spaces, the finest interior designs, and awe-inspiring gardens.
Dubai’s Top 50 Homes interior design competition will consist of 8 awards categories:

Platinum (1st Place)
Gold (2nd Place)
Silver (3rd Place)
Residential Design Category Awards
Best Garden & Landscaping
Best Balcony & Terrace
Best Bathroom
Best Kitchen
Best Entertainment Area
Best Sustainable Home
People’s Choice Award
Selected by the public through online voting
Alongside the Residential Home Award and People’s Choice Award, you can pick up to three of the design category awards that you want your property to be considered for.
Dubai’s Top 50 Homes judges
Dubai’s Top 50 Homes will be assessed by a panel of six judges, each hugely experienced and a renowned industry expert. Our judges are the perfect people to evaluate entries based on aesthetic, scientific and practical efficiency.
Dubai’s Top 50 Homes timeline
Applications are now open for submission until 5th December 2022.
From the 6th of December, our panel of renowned judges will shortlist the top 50 homes in Dubai. These homes will receive a professional photo and video shoot and be featured in an official PRIME by Betterhomes coffee table magazine.
From 22nd January to 22nd February, online voting will open. The people of Dubai and across the globe will have the chance to choose their favourite home. The home with the most votes will win the People’s Choice Award.
All shortlisted nominees will receive a free invitation to a gala awards ceremony where the winners of each category will be announced.
